Do you do custom items?
Yes! We love custom orders, message us with your ideas and we will discuss a basic design and come up with a timeframe and price. You will then purchase the item and we will work with you to refine your item until it is perfect.

My item is delayed or lost in shipping or arrived damaged, can you help?
Once the item has shipped it is out of our hands. But please notify us and we will do our best to work with you to help find your item or help you file a claim.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, each item is custom made to order. If we make a mistake we will gladly fix it.

Do you top coat signs that are for outdoors?
Yes! We topcoat each side and all edges on signs. They are designed for outdoor use but not to be left in direct weather. We recommend that the topcoat on all outdoor signs be reapplied every 4-6 months.

I found an item I like from another business I love, will you copy it?
No. BUT we will take that idea and come up with something similar that you love!

I like one of your items but I want a couple things changed, is this possible?
Yes! Message us and make sure the changes are doable. Each item is custom made to order, so changes are usually no problem.
